  fixed accesses metadata for dynamic assignments with ref

Also, the metadata population is placed more correctly into iteration
of the refs from evaluatedAssignment, not all collected refs as before.
This makes merging of metadata values for the same ref in multiple
evaluatedAssignment more explicit.
