  POM+dist: change to midpoint.jar, temporarily WAR is also part of dist

For a short while we will provide both JAR and WAR inside distribution
archive, but JAR is used by all the scripts now.
admin-gui module is not moved to JAR yet, it will be when WAR is gone.
