  Fix repo.deleteObject with type=ObjectType

There is special code invoked based on deleted object's type (e.g.
for lookup tables, cert campaigns or orgs). Now we use actual object
type to invoke it, instead of client-supplied value that can be
generic (like ObjectType.class).
