[midPoint] constants in encryptedData

Hi all,
In
https://docs.evolveum.com/midpoint/reference/expressions/constants/configuration/
we can see how to use constants in connector configuration. Nice thing.

It is not clear how to work with encrypted data when our config saves only
keyInfo.keyName
cipherData.cipherValue
In the project tt is forbidden to save secrets in plain text
