[midPoint] config for CSV file without headers

Hi,

Is there a way to configure a CSV connector for a text file without headers? If so, what is the right way to do it?

I noticed that there is a property <headerExists> that seems to be useful for that, but there is no more details about it. 
Also, I guess the headers have to be defined separately somewhere, maybe using a class file via <objectClassDefinition>, but I haven't found anything on the wiki either.
