[midPoint] Admin users with limited rights

Hello all, I am just starting with midPoint so please forgive me if I 
ask simple questions.

I am looking for documentation/examples for how to create users with 
limited admin rights to midPoint. For example I would like to create a 
user who can create/modify/delete users but only within a particular 
organization. I have perused the wiki but cannot seem to find the 
relevant pages.
