[midPoint] Microsoft AD Sync issue "No sync policy"

Dear all,
just configured Midpoint connected to Microsoft AD based on the sample
available on Github [1]
Unfortunately no accounts are created in MP and getting 9 objects with
"No sync policy".

Just read Synchronization documentation [2], but didn't find the root cause.
Synchronization task and Synchronization object share the same Kind
and Object class. Created the User object template according to [1].

Anyone willing to share his thoughts?
