[midPoint] Evolveum LDAP Connector 1.4.2.14 Release

The Evolveum team is proud to announce the release of LDAP connector 
version 1.4.2.14.

The Evolveum LDAP connector is an ConnId LDAP connector a completely 
rewritten from scratch. The connector is based on Apache Directory API. 
The LDAP connector bundle also contains specialized connectors for 
Active Directory and eDirectory.

The LDAP connector 1.4.2.14 brings major improvements.

First of all there is a support for multi-domain AD deployments. The 
connector can discover the domain controllers automatically using 
referrals or the servers can be explicitly configured. The details can

The connector has improved VLV support, referral handling, support for 
permissive modify control, support for large AD groups, support for 
sub-types introduced in the development version of ConnId, improved 
logging, support for special AD GUID-based DNs, and so on.

The connector is generally more robust especially when working with 
servers that are not exactly LDAPv3 compliant. There were also many 
reliability improvements and fixes contributed to the underlying 
libraries (Apache Directory API, Apache Mina).
