[midPoint] HA: Very bad exception

This behaviour is default (exactly "synchronize" equals to undefined but system behaviuor is the same like synchronize = false.). If I don't set synchronize = true. It leads to NPE. 
And it looks some strange if I have read role from resource and write it to the resource right after that.

Hello,

synchronize := false is not supported for AddFocus action. Why do you
need it, i.e. what exactly would you like to achieve?
