[midPoint] .net connector

Hi Scott,

can you please share your ConnectorServer.exe.Config file? You can 
obfuscate the "connectorserver.key" parameter before sending. I will 
compare the config file to my copy.

Also please specify what version of .NET framework you installed.

The "c:\jenkins..." directory seems to appear in the stack trace on my 
connector server as well, so ignore it.
